DEBUT ALBUM BY DAVID DONDERO TO BE REPRESSED

Ghostmeat and David Dondero have finalized plans to repress Dondero's debut album ...The Pity Party. The album was produced by Andy LeMaster (Drip, Now It's Overhead, Bright Eyes) and was originally released in 1999. After many years of being listed as out-of-print, the incredible album will be back in stock and available direct Ghostmeat.com by the end of February- just in time for Dondero upcoming tour. I love it when a modern band makes music that takes me back to a scene… in the case of Team Emu, that time is early to mid-80s punk rock. Team Emu gives us an attractive, blue, clear 7-inch EP that has four songs of scrappy, fully energized punk rock and one pretty, little instrumental song.. whirlwind fury with which the vocals are delivered here is unmatched by most of today's “punk” bands; it’s much more akin to what you would have heard in the 80’s from bands like The Dead Kennedys or Operation Ivy.
